Some parents of children or teens living with depression, Attention Deficit Disorder, Bipolar Disorder or other emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges fail to seek help because they are embarrassed.
Commentator Celia Serkin says that shouldn't be the case.
Serkin is Executive Director of the Montgomery County Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health.
